In order to achieve drug free certification in Georgia, a company must meet these requirements:
- Have a substance abuse policy. A sample policy is available via e-mail.
- Implement (limited) drug testing. Discounted drug testing rates are available via contracted services with Oconee Regional Medical Center.
- Conduct employee and supervisor training. DVDs and training assistance provided by the Chamber
- Have an EAP or a referral list. A free list of counselors is available.
