Renaissance Park has up to date utilities that include electrical power from the Georgia Power Company, abundant water and sewer capacity from the city of Milledgeville, natural gas provided by a joint venture between the city of Dublin and the local redevelopment authority, and telephone and internet service from Windstream Communications.
In the near future, the entire park will be moving toward an above-ground fiber-optic network in order to support the multiple data requirements of customers. Additionally, a data center will be constructed in the Powell building to handle customer needs.
